Yes, Nemo is alive and well; you'll get to visit with him while you set back and enjoy the living room. Relax and read a book, listen to the stereo, watch a DVD or enjoy one of the more than 275 channels on the television. The digital cable service includes multiple HBO, Cinemax, Showtime and Starz channels as well as on demand movies. There is a new, large flat screen television in the living room. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a comfortable bed for two.

Sit back and enjoy a delicious meal at the dining room table. For those that enjoy outdoor dining, there is an enclosed, outdoor eating area off of the kitchen. The enclosed porch faces the canal. Get to the table early and you can sit on the end of the table that has ocean views. Don't worry if you're late because you'll still have water views as you relax and watch boats go up and down the canal.

For those nights when you want to eat at home but not grill out, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen to meet your needs. There is an oven as well as a microwave. The refrigerator includes an icemaker that makes regular ice cubes as well as crushed iced; it also includes a water maker. After you've enjoyed a delicious meal, don't worry about the dishes because the dishwasher is ready to go to work, and it is GE's super quiet series so you won't even know that it is running. The open kitchen allows the chef to still be a part of the party. If you prefer to grill out, enjoy the outdoor grill on the carport area.

The loft area is a great place to go and relax. Its tranquil sitting is a great place to read or watch television. Also, you can enjoy the free, high speed internet access service by Time Warner Cable. If you prefer, you'll be just steps from the door that leads to the widow's watch where you can go on the roof and enjoy a panaromic view of the island. You can also sit in the rocker and enjoy relaxing views of the canal from the loft.

The Master Bedroom is designed in a nautical theme. Complete with a king size bed, the master bedroom is spacious and has plenty of room to accomodate whatever you bring with you. You'll find a clock/radio. Additionally, the television has digital cable service as well as a built-in DVD and CD player. You'll find a phone by the bed, and you can use it to make free long distance telephone calls within the United States. Open the blinds and you'll see the blue ocean water. If you want to enjoy some sunshine, just open the door and walk out onto the deck that overlooks the private pool in the backyard. The Master Bedroom is one of the two bedrooms on the first floor of the house. You'll also find your own private bathroom off of your room.

You'll find a second bedroom on the first floor. It includes enough sleeping room for four people. The kids will love the bunk beds, and the adults will enjoy the queen size bed with a new mattress. This bedroom also has a clock/radio. You'll also find a flat screen television with expanded cable service in this bedroom. The television also works as a DVD and CD player. You'll also find your own bathroom off of this bedroom. Additionally, you'll find your own outdoor deck off of this bedroom where you can sit and enjoy the sun, watch the ocean or look at the private pool in the backyard.

The first floor guest bathroom is also decorated in a fish theme so you'll know you're on the coast. You can sit back and enjoy a hot, relaxing bath, or you can take a wonderful shower with the rainfall showerhead. You'll also find a pack and play in the bathroom closet in case you have a baby or infant; additionally, the closet contains a foldable stroller you can enjoy. For the older kids, you'll find a box of movies and another box of toys.

Both of the second floor bedrooms have digital cable service for your enjoyment. Each room includes a queen size bed as well as a twin bed to accomodate three people per room. Each room has use of a Jack and Jill bathroom with two sinks and a dressing area. Each room enjoys its own deck located off of the bedroom. You'll enjoy fabulous ocean views from you deck; for those who like to sunbathe, you just need to open the door and walk outside. The decks include two chairs on each one of them. Both bedrooms as well as their bathroom are decorated in a seashell motif.

The second floor bedrooms enjoy a Jack and Jill Bathroom decorated in a seashell motif to compliment the bedrooms. The bathroom has two sinks and dressing areas for him and her.

We’ve added a private pool in the backyard. It is the largest size pool that the city code will allow on the lot. We wanted to be sure that there was plenty of room for you and your guests to enjoy. Additionally, the pool includes a heater that can be used during certain times of the year. If you are interested in learning more about the heater or the cost of heating the pool for your stay, please e-mail us for additional details. When we were there on March 2, the water was very warm and comfortable even when there was a morning chill in the air!
